It is a work with a similar spirit to the refurbishment of the flat in Vilassar but in a house located in an archway square in Sant Andreu district in Barcelona, which is over 100 years old and it belongs to the local heritage which has to be preserved. This is why it has an especial rank, which is evident in the interior treatment suggested by the original elements which, without having a remarkable value, are able to generate project proposals away from the normal stereotypes. The kind of customer is also similar to the one in Vilassar and the result is another low cost flat, luminous and developed without stridencies.
