Housing in the ground floor of a detached house surrounded by garden on three sides. It's a 1958 building that retains many elements of that time: the terrazzo, a coating of stone and the door. The distribution was dense and boring. The entrance to all parts through a central longitudinal corridor with no light.
The project knocks down all the partitions and gets the maximum possible link between all areas, drilling load on a wall to visually communicate the study lounge. The whole plant revolves around the kitchen, open drivers. Is avoided the placement of doors, but in the bedroom area, the project recovers an appropriate degree of privacy
The owners are a young couple with two young children
