In a highly functional surface of 96m2, there is the display of products, the cold glass cases, the tables for tasting, the toilet, the workshop and a small warehouse, in a space which is seen from the street as a deep display glass case. As a concept, this project starts from scratch, without taking into account any reference, as cake shops usually offer spaces with an old-fashioned craft taste, far from the current times. The site has a neutral aspect, in the service of the displayed product, with a clearly innovative attitude which by favouring the idea of emptiness, increases significantly the sense of amplitude. Only the red of the ceiling, which agglutinates all the space, breaks the neutral quietness and becomes the main identifying element of the establishment.
