This is the refurbishment of a flat in a 30-year-old building. The customers are a young couple, without any children yet, who want to live near Barcelona and because of their economy and convictions they do not find the newly built flats promoted by real-estates suitable because they feel very far away from their clichés. They decide to buy an old flat and to order an attractive project which takes into account their economical situation and their working precariousness. It is one of the low cost flats, designed in the study without giving up innovation, addressed to a dissatisfied sector that reject the frivolous luxuries and the ostentatious design.
