Estate agent’s in Solsona, located on the premises of a new building. Solsona is a small town with a huge architectural heritage, but with an essence of country, forest and rural spirit, all mixed with an enterprising way of doing things. There is a school of Agricultural Education and it is the headquarters of the Technological and Forest Centre in Catalonia with 150 investigators. There is also mechanical industry, construction industry and manufacturing of country products.
The design project wants to reflect all this as well as the estate agent’s activity of the company, opposing to a totally contemporary and neutral atmosphere, an untreated pine wood cover, a ceramic block face made of thermoclay and a second one made of coconut carpet, everything with the same aim of evoking the forest, the country and the housing construction and of giving the necessary warmth to the employees in an atmosphere which is close to the imaginary group of people in Solsona.
